


Thermostatic pressing equipment is an advanced equipment for the implementation of thermostatic pressing, which is mainly used for pressing multilayer ceramic capacitors, fuel cells, solar (6.560, 0.04, 0.61%) substrates and other electronic ceramic products.The working principle of the traditional thermostatic press is to first heat the temperature of the supercharger tank to the set temperature, and then continuously add the heated working medium in the water tank to the working cylinder through the booster. Using this working method, the working medium that has reached the set temperature will be affected by pressure, friction and other factors, and its temperature will continue to rise, resulting in large errors, and the temperature uniformity in the working cylinder is also difficult to guarantee.
After many discussions, the company's R&D team decided to adopt the technical route of adding an external circulation water tank and designing an internal heater system in the working cylinder on the basis of the traditional isostatic press to solve the problems of temperature isostatic press error and poor control of uniformity. In the early stage of commissioning, the designer carried out the temperature and pressure rampification experiment on the thermostatic press under different working conditions, but the temperature uniformity still could not meet the index requirements, the company organized technical forces, compared and analyzed the data under different working conditions, and made many improvements and tests on the part structure of the thermostatic press. With the joint efforts and close cooperation of all parties, the temperature uniformity index of the thermostatic press is controlled within ±5°C each time. During the acceptance process of the equipment, the pressed products have good results, meet the needs of use, and successfully pass the acceptance.
