Common faults of cold isostatic press and their maintenance

1. The pressure vessel of the gas circuit system cannot be kept pressurized: check the high-pressure pipeline to eliminate leakage; Replace the lid seal; Check the cylinder pressure, which should be able to maintain the need to control the pressure of the air circuit; Check the exhaust switch, which should be off.

2. Overpressure alarm: check the slow bleed valve, which should be opened large enough; Check whether the pressure deviation zone in the process program is set too small.

3. The gas compressor cannot start: check the furnace coverwhether the closure is in place; The pressure of the air source should be greater than 7MPa; Check whether previous alarms have been eliminated and reset; Check that the compressor's overheat protection is activated and eliminated.
