二、Ultimate Working Pressure:
1. The ultimate working pressure has a great impact on the equipment cost, and the pressure selection is too high, which is easy to cause high production costs, low relative production efficiency and increased costs.
2. First, determine the working pressure of the pressed product to be pressed; It can be determined experimentally or adopted with mature process technology;
3. The working pressure of the equipment should be 20~50MPa higher than the working pressure of the product.
4. When the size and working pressure of multiple products are largely different, it is more appropriate to choose equipment of different specifications.

1. Products of different materials have different pressing process (pressure-time curve) requirements; The equipment needs to have the function of meeting its corresponding process;

(1) Stepped fixed speed boost + fixed speed pressure relief: suitable for products with no or low requirements for boost and pressure relief speed.
(2) Stepped constant speed boost + high ya fixed speed relief + low pressure proportional pressure relief method: suitable for products with high requirements for low pressure relief speed.
(3) Stepped constant speed boost + full proportional pressure relief method: suitable for thin plates, slender shapes, uneven thickness, oversized size, etc. products with strict requirements for pressure relief speed.
(4) Stepped proportional boost + full proportional pressure relief method: suitable for ultra-fine powder, large shrinkage ratio, poor fluidity and other products with particularly strict requirements for boosting and relieving speed.

四、Maintenance costs
1. Single media structure: the same specification, large charging space; The use of emulsion medium has little impact on the environment, and the production site is hygienic; However, the requirements for maintenance personnel and daily maintenance are high;
2. Dual-media structure: when the specification is the same, the charging space is small; However, the requirements for maintenance personnel and routine maintenance are low.
